Randy Keys started his business career after obtaining his degree from IUPUI in Indianapolis and started his own construction company and built and remodeled homes for almost 19 years. Randy decided to go into Real Estate sales in 1986 and found that his builder background turned out to be an invaluable tool. Randy started his career with Century 21 and spent 3 years there before joining RE/MAX where his career took off. Randy sold 15 million in 1989 and grew his production to over 40 million in annual sales.

Randy decided to move to Florida in 2002 and joined RE/MAX Partners as a consultant and Recruiter.Randy moved to Marco Island in 2004 and joined the Sandlin Team at RE/MAX as Team manager. In 2005 Randy went back into sales and joined Keller Williams where he remained until 2011 where he decided with his Partner Darren Boole to launch In Florida Properties Inc. Randy and Darren are excited and bring over 50 Years of experience with them.
