Randy Keys started his real estate career in Indianapolis in 1986, after twenty years in the construction business. Randy's real estate career began with Century 21, where he was named rookie of the year. Three years later he joined Re/Max where his career soared. Randy was awarded the top Re/Max Realtor in the entire state of Indiana for nine consecutive years. For a new challenge Randy then joined ERA; where he became their #1 agent by volume three consecutive years. Randy later retired from the sales aspect of real estate to consult. His consulting business brought him to Florida where he met Bruce Carr. Randy and Bruce have put their vast business and real estate knowledge and experience together to form The Carr Keys Team. Randy has three beautiful daughters and four wonderful grandchildren. Linda's background is as international as they come. Born to a Spanish father and British mother in the Channel Islands of Great Britain, Linda spent her early adult life working as a tour guide in Europe, rotating between spending summers in Spain, winters in Tunisia and springs in Paris. After five years of experience as a tour guide, she returned to London to work as a flight attendant for British Airways. Linda moved to the United States in 1977, settling in New Jersey and soon starting a family. Her first son Andrew was born in 1978, followed shortly by Paul in 1981.

After living in New Jersey for 10 years, Linda relocated to Naples, Florida in 1986 and obtained a real estate license, originally working in the development and construction of high-end residential projects. Since 1998 she has focused exclusively on real estate in the Naples/Bonita Springs area, specializing in catering to her many British and European clients. Linda prides herself on her knowledge of the area and her ability to make everyone feel at home, she resides in Pelican Bay.
